Congratulations Tamara!

The New Garden Employee of the Month for May is Tamara Myers Sandlin. Tamara started working for New Garden three years ago. As a veteran of the Green Industry, Tamara is well versed in many facets including plant material, horticultural services, turf care and garden design.

While managing her weekly full service clients she assisted one client with some revamping ideas in her garden which resulted in an installation project for one of our landscape teams. Another client recently contacted us to say how much she liked what Tamara had done with the new plantings in her yard, “When you said she was creative you were right”.

Her supervisor has expressed how he appreciates Tamara’s independence in facilitating her needs when he has a “full plate”. We appreciate Tamara’s drive to do much more than the basic requirements of a maintenance foreman.
