Retail Purchases
Store Purchases & Retail Plantings Covered by Warranty:
Customers receive a one year 100% replacement value warranty on shrubs and trees planted in the ground if planted and cared for per New Garden’s instruction.
Warranty is for one-time replacement only.
Not Covered by Warranty:
Perennials, Annuals, Houseplants, Herbs, Vegetables, Fruit and Nut Trees, and any plants used/kept in containers are not under warranty.
Weather-related plant injury or mechanical damage, including drought, flooding, or ice damage, is not covered by the warranty
Items discounted 25% or more are not covered by the warranty or returnable.
Some items may be exempt from the warranty.
Returns:
Plants may be returned for refund within three days of purchase and must be in as-sold condition.
Non plant items may be returned for a period of three days in original unopened packaging.
