Dear Kevin,

Sidro has maintained our lawn for years.  First as part of the crew and now he supervises the crew. I have wanted to email you for some time to let you know what an excellent job he does. He loves what he does (especially when he is outside 😄 ), he does it well never cutting corners, he replies to my texts promptly, he has great customer service skills, and it is always a pleasure to see him arrive.  Thanks so much for assigning him to our lawn and I hope he’ll be with us for many years to come.
