Congratulations Dylan!

Help us to give Dylan McGee a “pat on the back” for being our April 2023 Employee of the Month. Dylan came to New Garden almost a year ago while on a sabbatical from his schooling and entered the school of Full Service Maintenance. Being a true student, he observed, took instruction, and gained the skills to operate our commercial equipment and the basics of horticultural maintenance.

When the bell rings each morning, Dylan is here and on time with a smile and eagerness to work wherever needed. Co-workers have requested him to assist them with their route day, and he has recently received compliments from clients on his politeness and energetic work. We greatly appreciate the consistency and reliability that he has brought to our department, and we will be sad to see him go when he returns to school this Fall.
