Congratulations Cameron!

Our March 2023 Employee of the Month is Cameron Van Damme! He joined our Winston-Salem team with no experience about 2 years ago and has grown quickly into a foreman of one our maintenance routes. He has embraced training and feedback from everyone. He in turn implemented these skills in the field, providing our customers with the great care they expect for their landscapes. He consistently helps around the shop when not in the field, helping to keep our shop looking great!

Outside of work Cameron enjoys spending time with his friends and wife. Please congratulate Cameron on his hard work and dedication to the New Garden way!
