The Landscape Installation Crew Member works as part of a team to install high-quality landscape projects in accordance with plans and company standards. This role supports daily installation operations while emphasizing safety, efficiency, craftsmanship, and teamwork. Crew members contribute to client satisfaction by delivering professional results while upholding the principles of the New Garden Way.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute landscape installation tasks according to project plans and direction from the Foreman.
- Properly use, care for, clean, and maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles.
- Accurately record job time using company-approved mobile applications.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site.
- Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to overall client satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well as part of a team.
- Positive attitude toward work and teammates.
- Ability to bend, reach, and lift 50+ pounds consistently.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Previous horticulture or landscape experience preferred; willingness to learn and grow required.
- Valid North Carolina driver’s license and reliable transportation to work.
- Ability to pass a background check.
